NOTD #4

Haaaiiiii!!

How is everyone? :) I'm doing well..not that anyone asked..haha!

But anyways, I'm back today with my 4th NOTD post!! :)

OPI Nail Polish in Every Month Is Oktoberfest 

I'm. In. Love. With. This. Color!! Aaah!! I can't stop staring at my nails! Haha, In the picture above, they look purple, but depending on the lighting, they can be burgundy. Which I like. We all know how big burgundy (or oxblood) is this season. It's probably my favorite Fall trend ever!! I'm obsessed! 

But yes, I got this on sale for $7.99 (canadian dollars) at a local drugstore and it's fantastic! I love OPI and they never disappoint me!

Aaaaalrihgt, I could go on and on about how much I loove this nail polish, but I'll stop myself here. So that no one dies of boredom! haha

NOTD #3

Hello hello!

The other day I was watching this video by MissJenFabulous on youtube, and really liked the feather nail she did. I don't have any nail art pens so this was trickier for me but I managed ok..I think! haha.

So this is how mine turned out. I personally like it because it is very messy, almost abstract. 

I cannot stop staring at my nails! I just love these!!

The colors I've used are Sally Hansen Xtreme... in Mint Sorbet, Sally Hansen Insta-Dri in Blue-Away, and the feathers are painted with Orly's Naughty (yet again!). I really like this color combination but you could choose any colors you feel like using! I will definitely try this with different colors next time (:

The design takes a bit of practice since it is a bit difficult if you're using a small paintbrush like I did. But I think it would be very easy with a  nail art pen. I just took the smallest paintbrush I have and drew a line, then tapped on little lines on each side. 

But overall, I reeeally like these and will definitely be doing this again in the future. I will probably do another NOTD if I decide to re-create this look in different colors (:

**Little Note: I will be gone from tomorrow (the 19th) to Wednesday (the 22th). I will probably not post anything while I'm there, but I will do a week in photos/vacation in photos when I get back and probably a haul since I know I'm going to shop till I drop! Hahah!

NOTD #2

Hello beautiful people (:

Did that sound creepy? I hope not, because that was not my intention..haha!

But anyways, I just painted my nails and thought I'd do a Nails Of The Day since this color is gorgeous! 

Please excuse the clutter in the back..I just realized..woopsies!

Orly [mini] Nail Polish in Naughty.

I got this color for Christmas in a set of 5 mini nail polish. All the other colors are very Christmasy, but this one is wearable whenever. I loove this vampy, dark red color, especially for Fall, which is kind of why I decided to paint my nails with it today. It was a rather chilly day in my small town and thought this color was appropriate for the weather. 

Dark nail polish is making a comeback this Fall season, or so I read in magazines. Personally, I am very happy about this continuing trend, since dark nail polish is my favorite! I love the blacks, navys, but especially my dark reds! And this one is just perfect!

I know Orly isn't available everywhere, but I do know a very good dupe for this. N.Y.C (new york color) nail polish in Lincoln Center. If you do not have access to N.Y.C either, I think Essie's Wicked would be close but I`m not 100% sure, as I do not own this color. I've only seen it in stores.

Well, that's all I have to say for today but I will be back tomorrow with My Week In Photos. I`m very exited to post it, I started writing it earlier and I really like it so far.

NOTD #1

Hello hello!! Look who is on schedule for the first time (: so proud of myself  ^^  hehe

But anyways, today was a pretty busy day so I didn't have time to do a super long blog post like "what's in my purse"..which I plan on doing shortly! So right now I am watching Keeping Up With The Kardashians while eating mozzarella cheese (my favorite) and writing this blog post.

But anyways, let's begin! (:

Quo by Orly in Turquoise Moonlight

Today, I decided to get out of my lazy rut (I'm not even sure how to write that..sorry) and paint my nails again. I pulled out this lovely from my nail polish box and fell in love with it all over again! This was my go to winter shade, and since I miss winter (I'm sorry, I just really like the cold), this shade seemed absolutely perfect! 

This beautiful blue has green reflects and lots of sparkles! It gives sort of a mermaid-y feel, according to me anyways, but I'm weird, so don't judge me! haha! But this is definitely one of my favorite nail polishes of all time. Now, I don't think the Quo nail polishes are available anywhere else than Shopper's Drug Mart, which I think is only in Canada, so I apologize, but I figure these are available on e-bay or other online stores. 

Also, I would like to thank everyone who followed my blog this past week! I am so happy I am getting noticed and knowing that people actually read me! It's just so cool (: THANK YOUUU!! I love you all and am sending virtual hugs to you ^^ not in a creepy way though!

So, i think that's all I have to say, and I will talk to you guys in the future! ^^
